When will my package ship?
We ship UPS or USPS depending on your location and shipments will be sent out within 2 business days. For large made to order products such as the furniture and Lalapanzi beds,these items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and ship times are noted.

Do you ship International??
We have recently had a high demand in shipping products globally! We will do our best to ship our products anywhere, please bare with us while we configure our new shipping rates and times. Please email us with any questions.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses?
Yes, we ship Priority Mail to Domestic addresses in these cases. If you have an International P.O. Box address please email us or choose the proper shipping method (bare with us, we are trying to make this easier!)

Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes, this is under the Shipping Info tab. We will accept returns that have not been worn/used and have tags. You have 15 days to send back the item for a full refund or credit. Email us before you send a return back!

Do you offer gift wrap?
Here at Keki Baby we don't think you should waste paper especially when it will go into the trash. We use USA made muslin bags for all of our smaller items; apparel, bath products, and wooden toys. The blankets and bibs are packaged with a grosgrain ribbon and a guitar pick, sweet. Don't forget about our incredible Keki Baby tote bags, these are a great addition to any gift.
